Let me tell you a story... my journey began with a deep desire to connect, leading me to pursue degrees in both Psychology and Special Education. This passion for fostering growth has fueled my path as a Faith-Based Leadership Coach, Mentor & Trainer.
Fueled by this passion, I spent 15 years as a Special Education teacher, where innovative methods and unwavering support earned me nominations for teacher of the year. Witnessing the power of growth firsthand solidified my calling.
Seeking to empower others on a broader scale, I transitioned into life coaching, further enhancing my skills with a John Maxwell Leadership certification. My unique approach fosters conscious connections that drive personal and professional success.
My leadership experience extends beyond coaching. As Director of Religious Education, I doubled my team size, fostering a thriving environment of faith, growth, and support.
My commitment to continuous learning is evident in my certifications from prestigious programs like Y-K 2 Life Coaching and Christian Life Coaching Institute. Additionally, as a Toastmasters President, I inspired a 6-fold membership increase, empowering others to embrace public speaking.
Beyond my expertise, I find joy in reading, gardening, cooking, and exploration, seamlessly integrating these passions into my coaching.
My core belief is that strong communication, grounded in faith, is the cornerstone of successful leadership. I am your guide to fostering genuine connections, empowering individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.
