Hi, I’m Eugenia Kelley.

For a long time, I never thought of myself as a leader.

I doubted my voice. I questioned my decisions. I often believed leadership was something other people were born with, not something I was meant to step into.

Over time, through lived experience, prayer, and many moments of fear followed by trust, I discovered that leadership does not come from striving harder or proving yourself. It comes from learning how to trust God more deeply and allowing that trust to guide your choices, your voice, and your way of being in the world.

Today, I love leadership. I love mentoring faith-based leaders who desire to lead with grace and ease, cultivating clarity, confidence, and spirit-led certainty in their lives and work.

I am the founder of Spirit of Success, where I integrate faith, leadership, and lived experience to help others move from fear-based striving into trust-centered living.

For some readers, this book is the beginning of a deeper journey. For those who feel called, mentoring offers a prayerful space for reflection, discernment, and learning how to lead in flow.

He and she are having the same struggles with her son that I had with mine when I began coaching with you. Eugenia, Thank you so much. I am truly living a dream life and I am flooded with endorphins and all of that. I just can't see any downside to my days anymore. I have two sick kids and I told them both to relax today and not worry about any kind of home caring task that they had to do and that I was probably gonna not do them either and I just enjoyed being me the owner of the Prayer room, boutique and antique Gift Shop and I enjoyed every minute looking for scriptures for each item, as I was tagging and pricing things and making sure the tagging matched the wording on Square the selling machine so to speak so I cannot thank you enough for having the faith in me when I was so broken that you knew how to resurrect me because I felt like I was losing life and I don't think I will ever feel that hopeless again and thank you for opening up this new opportunity for me.
