As a life coach and consultant in the area of leadership, communication and connection I have found that having a support system helps transformation occur with ease and grace and gives you lasting results.

Oftentimes we set our goals, then we set our intentions to take the action we need to get to our goals yet years go by and we are still in the same place or we have made very little progress.

I have found one to one coaching the best way to practice the skills that you need to move you forward and to strengthen your relationships whether in the home, at work or socially.

My tools work in every arena and when you choose to work with me we will tailor the tools to your style.

As your accountability partner you will have someone to share your successes with and to share what is still not working so that you can continue to grow and achieve results twice as fast as doing it yourself. We all need support and encouragement.

Through this program you will learn how to establish common ground with others so that you can help them get what they want and thus also receive what you prefer. Creating a win win situation instead of a win-lose relationship or even worse a lose-lose relationship.

Learning the art of collaboration and how to motivate people to run alongside you. Effective leaders know when to lead from the front, side or even when they need to be in the back. Effective leaders learn how to read people and how to adjust when necessary.
